CIAA spotlight

Ever wonder what outside groups think of the CIAA? Executive director Pat Battle shared a recent note from a new participant at the CIAA annual meeting recently in Banff. “Let me say what a pleasure it was to be a part of your meeting last week. Getting to know you and some of your people is a privilege not to mention the beauty of the venue. I would also like to say that I attend many meetings annually. Rarely have I experienced the acceptance and warmth both I and my wife were shown by you and your membership.
