HIROC announces new VP

Peter Flattery, CEO of the Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada (HIROC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Brown as Vice President, Insurance Operations. Heather holds a RIBO licence and is now Principal Broker of HIROC Insurance Services Limited. She has also obtained an RPLU (an international professional liability underwriting designation) and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
