Alberta’s minor injury amount adjusted for Consumer Price Index

Alberta’s minor injury amount has been adjusted by 0.9% as of Jan. 1, 2011.The change raises the amount from $4,518 to $4,559.The new amount relates to minor injuries caused in motor vehicle accidents that occur in Alberta on or after Jan. 1, 2011. The amount the adjustment is related to the annual change in the Alberta Consumer Price Index.
