The three-hour course provided attendees both classroom and hands-on experience in paintless dent repair estimating and techniques. PDR students who successfully completed the course were eligible to receive one I-CAR point. “These courses mix theory with practical training which will ultimately lead to our partners having greater understanding of PDR repair and estimating techniques, particularly during a hail or catastrophic event,” said Vince Matozzo, account manager for CARSTAR.
