SFB works as follows:InsuranceHotline.com, which is fully integrated with CQ rating systems, is used to drive leads to a broker’s Web site. In Ontario, Independent Broker Resources Inc. (IBRI)’s consumer targeting Web site helps prospects locate brokers and get quotes. Brokers employ iClarify to validate information received from prospects and to improve the quality of insurance to value estimates. Using Individually Rated Commercial Automobiles (IRCA), the Web-based module embedded in CQ’s AutoRater product, brokers have full underwriting and simultaneous comparative quoting for multiple insurer rate plans.
