Crawford & Company Canada partners with U.K. group for contractor repair network

Crawford and Company Canada has launched its Contractor Connection repair network service for its United Kingdom-based R J Kiln and Co. Ltd. business, effective Nov. 1.

Contractor Connection is a managed repair vendor network available to insurers for residential and property claims programs. It includes services such as contract administration, repairs, estimate reviews and water mitigation.

R J Kiln and Co. is U.K. operating company of the Kiln Group, which provides international insurance and reinsurance underwriting.  

“The London markets are extremely important to us and Kiln is a leading Lloyd’s syndicate, underwriting property risks from coast to coast in Canada,” John Sharoun, Crawford Canada’s CEO said in a statement. “Our Contractor Connection business continues to grow in Canada with extremely positive results from the clients currently using the program.”
