CSIO creates new eSignatures vendor dashboard for broker channel

The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) has released an eSignatures Vendor Dashboard for researching eSignature offerings within the broker channel.

Based on vendor research conducted by CSIO, the new dashboard reviews eight eSignatures solutions available in Canada against the following criteria:

• Legislative and regulatory compliance
• Workflow efficiency and user experience
• Pricing and support

“eSignatures technology enables customers to easily sign insurance documents electronically via computers, tablets and smartphones,” Catherine Smola, president and CEO of CSIO commented in a statement Monday.

“The resulting transactions are fast, secure, verifiable and paperless, improving customer convenience and reducing costs for brokers. Using the dashboard is an excellent first step for brokers when deciding to investigate a solution that best fits their organizational needs.”
