Cunningham Lindsey introduces new specialist practice group

Cunningham Lindsey has launched a Marine Specialist Practices Group (SPG). The group has 66 marine experts in 21 countries providing a range of specialist services. These include: • cargo surveys; • pleasure craft loss adjusting and appraisal; • particular and general average (which relates to who pays compensation); • marine third party administration (TPA) and claims management/ settlement;• carrier’s, stevedore’s and port liability investigations; • nautical surveys; • hull, machinery and land-based equipment surveys; • recovery and subrogation; • pollution prevention audits; • oil spill management and consulting; • waste management; • international trade-fraud screening and investigation; and • risk management and loss-prevention surveys and consulting.
