Revin has more than 27 years of experience in the legal, insurance and banking industries. She has held executive positions with a number of multinational and Canadian insurance companies, with a focus on the specialty markets. She succeeds Barbara Haynes, who will retire from DAS Canada after serving more than eight years as the founding president and CEO. DAS is a Canadian managing general agent specializing exclusively in legal expense insurance. DAS Legal Expense Insurance policies are underwritten by Temple Insurance Company; both DAS Canada and Temple are members of Munich Re (Group). Revin joined Munich Re and Temple in 2014, serving as senior vice president of claims and general counsel and corporate secretary for both companies. She was also chief compliance officer, working extensively with the companies’ boards of directors.
