Frank Cowan Company launches Cambridge office focused on specialty lines

Frank Cowan Company will open a new branch in Cambridge, Ontario that will focus on dedicated specialty lines and program business. Steve Halfpenny, vice president of specialty lines, will lead the team. He will be working with Michael Lough, vice president of programs; Patrick Maloney, business development manager; and Annette Henry, manager of specialty lines underwriting. The new branch will allow the specialty lines team to concentrate on the needs of their broker partners, as well as the opportunity to develop programs and coverages suiting the following niche industries:•educational institutions;•children and youth organizations;•health and wellness organizations;•community service organizations;•disability support services;•eldercare; and •not-for-profits.
