Under the new SABS (effective Sept. 1, 2010), the indexation percentage is 3.2%.Under the old SABS (applicable for accidents on or after Nov. 1, 1996), the 2012 indexation percentage is also 3.2%.FSCO also set the 2012 indexation percentage at 3.2% for benefits required to be indexed pursuant to section 80 of the Bill 164 SABS. Specifically, this applies to insured persons who were involved in accidents after Dec. 31, 1993 and before Nov. 1, 1996.
