Gartner MarketScope endorses Duck Creek Technologies

Duck Creek Technologies Inc. received a positive rating in the recent Gartner MarketScope for North American property and casualty insurance policy management modules. Duck Creek provides policy administration, product configuration and definition, billing and rating for the property and casualty and healthcare insurance markets. The MarketScope is an evaluation of a marketplace at a specific time. It depicts Gartner’s analysis of how certain vendors measure against criteria for that marketplace. “The demand for modern policy management modules remains high among North American insurers,” said Kimberly Harris-Ferrante, vice president and analyst at Gartner. “Replacing aging and legacy policy environments will continue to be a priority among insurers during the next three to five years, based on Gartner’s assessment of the market and client interactions.”
