Gore Mutual offers new paperless business model

Gore Mutual Insurance Company has launched a commercial insurance business model that makes it easier to do business electronically. The company has begun piloting Quick Connection, a paperless online service that gives policyholders an online private account to manage and access documents electronically. Gore says brokers and clients alike have immediately adopted the service.Other benefits of Quick Connection are improved customer service, including 24/7 access to online documents, an advice centre and self-serve capability for policyholders. The above services provide brokers with the ability to deliver a new value added proposition to their clients, Gore Mutual says.
