MPI replaces legacy system with Mitchell’s eGlassClaim

Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) is replacing its legacy system with Mitchell International Inc.’s eGlassClaim. eGlassClaim is a Web-based glass claims solution. It is designed to manage glass claims cost-effectively, by automating and streamlining the process from first notice of loss (FNOL) to payment, according to Mitchell. “Manitoba Public Insurance selected Mitchell’s eGlassClaim because we wanted to automate our glass claims operations with a modern, streamlined solution,” MPI president Marilyn McLaren said.
