The revised Professional Services Guideline caps fees for completion and submission of forms at $200.The Transportation Expense Guideline applies to any travel on or after Sept. 1, 2010, regardless of the accident date. The expense rate for transportation will increase to $0.38 from $0.34 on Sept. 1, 2010. Changes in the new Guidelines will become effective on Sept. 1, 2010. As with the current Professional Services Guideline, the HST is payable in addition to the rates and fees, where applicable, FSCO notes in the bulletin.
