RSA Canada partners with Audatex to streamline claims handling process

RSA Canada has partnered with Audatex Canada, a global claims solution provider serving the automotive industry, to streamline the insurer’s claims handling process.

The partnership will replace multiple software programs with Audatex Canada’s software suite, which will standardize workflow and procedures aross all of RSA Canada’s companies. 

“This solution enables RSA Canada to leverage its size and scale to provide even better service to our customers and helping them get back to normal faster after a claim,” Irene Bianchi, senior vice president of Claims, Corporate Services and Strategic Sourcing for RSA Canada noted in a statement. 

“The partnership will condense cycle time, saving customers time,” added Anthony Giagnacovo, managing director of Audatex Canada. “Also, using our analytics will help RSA make better business decisions and optimize operations, including customer service.”
