RSA introduces web-based portal, e-Boiler, to streamline broker processes for small business accounts

RSA’s Equipment Breakdown Insurance (EBI) division announced on Mar. 7 the implementation of e-Boiler, a web-based portal designed to streamline broker partners’ processes for handling small business accounts.

“The program is unique in that it is fully customizable and empowers brokers to quote, bind, issue and endorse EBI policies, including those covering production machinery,” RSA announced in a press release. “The program was recently integrated into RSA’s EBI operations as part of its acquisition of GCAN.”

e-Boiler is accessible to brokers managing small business portfolios consisting of premium volumes of $50,000 and up.
