The Guarantee aims to improve data analytics with Guidewire software

Guidewire Software Inc. recently announced that The Guarantee Company of North America is using its ClaimCenter software.

In a recent press release, Foster City, Calif.-based Guidewire said The Guarantee will “improve data analytics and reporting capabilities” by using ClaimCenter, which is available both as stand-alone software and bundled with other Guidewire products in its InsuranceSuite.

ClaimCenter, which targets property and casualty insurance, lets users enter new claims using wizards and to segment and assign claims to professionals based on rules. It is also designed to track payments, litigation and negotiation.

The vendor states that The Guarantee can “easily and quickly make system adjustments to meet the changing business and technical requirements of the industry.”

The user interface was a factor in selecting ClaimCenter, The Guarantee’s vice-president of information technology, Kris Betkowski, stated in a press release.

The other software applications in InsuranceSuite are PolicyCenter and PaymentCenter.
