User group formed to help HCAI transition from a project into an operation

HCAI has successfully processed more than 750,000 OCF forms and the system is nearing the end of its enrollment phase. HCAI moves from a project to an operation as of January 2011. In anticipation of this transition, an insurer user group has been formed. The user group members met with the HCAI team in September 2010 to begin discussions about how HCAI can continue to provide operational value to Ontario’s auto insurers and their independent adjuster partners.The user group consists of six elected representatives from the corporate adjuster community and one elected representative from Ontario’s independent adjuster community. The members of the group are:
