Western Financial Group acquires two more brokerages

Western Financial Group has acquired two more insurance agencies, one in Manitoba and the other in Saskatchewan. Western Financial acquired David Duncan Insurance Agency in Gilbert Plains, Manitoba and Leith & Glassford Agency Ltd. in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. Both firms will now be operated as Western Financial Group offices in these communities.”Joining Western Financial Group means the offices will be representing more insurance companies, assuring their ability to offer the widest selection of coverage available at a price that gives value to their customers,” a Western Financial release says.Lana Wood, president of Western Financial Group (Network) Inc., said acquiring Leith & Glassford, “will allow us to expand our exposure in south-central Saskatchewan.”
