Keal Technology and Advantage Financing have announced a partnership that will provide insurance brokers single-entry integration from Keal’s sigXP broker management system to Advantage Financing’s Web site to finance premiums.”With increasing competition in the insurance distribution market, brokers require evolving tools to retain clients and grow their business,” Keal says in a release. “Financing premiums represents another channel to increase revenue at the brokerage and offer flexibility to their clients. “Keal clients now have increased options for their premium financing needs. Brokers can take advantage of the integration with Advantage Financing or finance their own premiums with Keal’s premium financing software, premiumX.” As a result of the new partnership, Keal says existing clients will be 80% more efficient on the basis of the new enhanced workflow.

Robert Parizeau has been appointed director of technical resources at FirstOnSite Restoration.Parizeau’s key focus will be to standardize and maintain consistent operating procedures in the field across all FirstOnSite locations in Canada. He was most recently working at the company’s North Bay office, before which he was the business development manager for one of the restoration industry’s business networks. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Parizeau will spearhead the development and implementation of “FirstInEducation,” an external training program that FirstOnSite provides to it various customers, allowing participants to attain industry education credits.
