Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade (WICC)’s Quebec chapter held its first annual fundraising gala on Sept. 24, drawing more than 220 insurance industry professionals. Attendees enjoyed a silent auction, dinner and entertainment. The highlight of the evening came when WICC Quebec proudly presented a cheque of Cdn$24,048.64 to the Canadian Cancer Society. The donation brought the chapter’s total contribution to Cdn$47,000 for 2009
