Crawford administrates South Western Group’s claims

South Western Group rang in the new year by beginning to use Crawford Adjusters Canada as their exclusive supplier of claims administration services. Under an agreement between the two company’s, Crawford is providing South Western Group with 24 hour-a-day claims intake through CLAIMSALERT” and complete claims adjusting and administration services for all lines of business through its risk management services and national claims services divisions. Michael Harrison, president and chief executive officer of South Western Group, say’s the Company choose Crawford as its new service provider because Crawford is well known among the domestic and international insurance markets they work with. “Their organization developed an effective solution that met our requirements for claims handling and program administration,” Harrison adds.Many of the data collection and reporting requirements for South Western Group will be handled by Crawford’s proprietary CMS Claims Management System’ and claimsmanagement.ca web portal.
