AEIC 44th Annual Conference 

We are meeting at the St. Andrews Club which is located on the 16th Floor of 150 King Street West, in Toronto on Thursday October the 5^th. The day begins at 8:00 am with a continental breakfast. We begin the presentations at 9:00, break for a buffet lunch at noon, and reconvene at 1:00 pm. The day wraps up around 4:00 pm with a cocktail reception.

We schedule 6 speakers in 45 minute time slots.  As speakers you are our honoured guests and are welcome to stay for the entire day or any part thereof.  If you have any special dietary needs, please advise us in advance. The Club puts on an excellent lunch; however, if you are not able to stay, please let us know.

We are a not for profit organization, so we do ask our speakers to donate their time.  However, we will of course cover parking and other travel expenses where agreed to in advance.

The presentations are projected from a laptop using MS Power Point software. We recommend sending them in advance so we can load and test them. We also ask for permission in advance to post your presentation on our website after the conference.
