Mount Everest. Mount Kilimanjaro. Machu Picchu. Bob Tisdale, President & COO of Pembridge Insurance Company, Pafco Insurance Company and Vice President of Allstate Canada Group has trekked them all.

In his 40-year career, he has also trekked from an insurance clerk all the way up to his current role as President and COO of Pembridge and Pafco. Join us as we hear from Bob and key checkpoints in his career.

In his talk, Bob will cover the industry’s transformation over the past four decades, as well as market cycles and how he has managed them over the years. He’ll also share his advice for the next generation of industry leaders.

About Bob Tisdale: Bob Tisdale is President and Chief Operating Officer of Pembridge Insurance Company, Pafco Insurance Company and Vice President of Allstate Canada Group.

Throughout his career, Bob has been an active member of several industry boards and associations. He is a Director of General Insurance OmbudService and a Director of Bridges to Community Canada. He also served as prior Chair, Board of Governors for the Insurance Institute of Canada, Past Chair, Facility Association, Chair of the CIP Society and President of the Insurance Institute of Ontario.
