was called to the bar in 1990 and has appeared at all levels of court. For the last 15 years, Barb has
focused her practice on mediation and arbitration. Barb will share her experience in working with
junior counsel at mediation along with some tips and ideas on how to prepare and participate in a
mediation when you are the most junior person at the table.
