Consequently, condo corporations in Ontario include the traditional high and low rise apartment building and townhouse complexes as well as the so called, “vacant land” developments consisting of detached or semi-detached dwellings or mobile homes.

Regardless of the type of condo, each development is governed by a condominium corporation and a set of by-laws that, in many cases, can download significant insurance coverage requirements onto your clients, the individual unit owners.
