This seminar will explore how the courts have applied principles of medical malpractice in the non-physician context. You will learn how the same principals govern a claim against a surgeon as they do a chiropractor or a laser hair removal technician. His practices focuses on litigation covering a wide variety of matters including professional liability, personal injury, liquor liability, professional liability, property damage and subrogated claims. Eric has handled claims involving medical malpractice, professional negligence, employment, directors and officers liability, property loss, and bodily injury. He has regularly appeared before the British Columbia Supreme and Provincial Courts as well as a number of administrative tribunals.
