Successful completion of both the “Unrestricted – Management” examination and the “Unrestricted – Technical only” examination qualifies an individual to the “Unrestricted” registration and therefore eligible to act as the Principal Broker of a broker business.To make an application to write the “Unrestricted – Technical” examination, an individual must hold a RIBO registration restricted to “Acting Under supervision” or “Unrestricted – Management Only” and have been actively employed for at least two (2) years with a RIBO registered firm.

This course has been designed with adult education principles in mind. Classes will include case studies, quizzes, group discussions and exercises as well as lecturettes to appeal to all learning styles and to facilitate understanding of course material.
