We’ve all heard that the insurance industry in Canada is on the verge of major change, but what does that mean for you? Join us on October 29 to hear a seasoned executive’s perspective on the direction of the industry. AIG Canada President and CEO Lynn Oldfield will be on site with us at Batch to share her insights and experience on the future of insurance.

Since becoming President in 2008 and CEO in 2010, Lynn has guided her organization through changes and challenging times. She won back public sentiment after the 2008 financial crisis and bolstered the company’s reputation as a valued insurer after the devastating floods in Southern Alberta in June 2013. A serious proponent of education and career development, Lynn served for six years as the Chair of the Academic Council, and helped make important updates to the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) Program. In 2014, the Institute recognized her as an Established Leader and Fellow of Distinction in 2017.

This session will bring together brokers, underwriters, adjusters and other insurance personnel for an evening of lively discussion and networking.
