This seminar is designed for all insurance professionals as well as Board members and Property Managers.

Condominiums are frustrating for everyone when it comes to insurance. From the coverage amounts that the Unit Owners and Corporations require to adjusting claims. Bylaws are often written without legal advice.

The attendee will be introduced to the basics to help advise Unit Owners and Boards with respect to the unique aspects of insurance as it relates to their needs and The Condominium Act of Alberta. You will receive handout material for future reference. The instruction will be delivered in lead presentation and if time permits claims examples will be reviewed.
