Music Heals 2025 – The Grand Finale

After more than a decade committed to advancing muscular dystrophy research, Music Heals is gearing up for its Grand Finale!

Since its inception, Music Heals has been hosted with love, supporting our friend Kadey Schultz, her family, and all families striving to end Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). All proceeds will benefit the Biggar Endowment for Muscular Dystrophy at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. This amazing event isn’t just about fundraising; it’s a celebration of friendship, dedication, and the power of music to inspire positive change.

• When: Wednesday, June 11, 2025, 7 p.m. A limited number of tickets are available at the door.

• Where: The new and accessible TD Music Hall 178 Victoria St (behind Massey Hall)

• Tickets: Your $100 admission includes a drink ticket and light appetizers. There will be a silent auction with great prizes. Interest in the event is incredible, and space is limited. A tax receipt for $50 per ticket will be emailed to you once you complete your purchase.

2012 marked the inaugural Music Heals event organized in honour of Kadey’s son Emery, who was diagnosed with DMD. DMD is the most common fatal genetic disorder diagnosed in childhood. It mostly affects boys and most only live into their twenties. However, research is moving in leaps and bounds. We are that much closer to a cure.

Did you know that Emery was part of a drug trial run through Holland Bloorview that was made doable because of Music Heals?
