Case Study: “Automating the First Notice Of Loss and Improving Customer Satisfaction, Enabled by APIs”

Aviva Canada and Accident Support Services collaborated to deploy a first-in-Canada real-time integration for automated first notification of loss. Data gathered at the Collision Reporting Centre is automatically transmitted through APIs into Aviva’s Guidewire ClaimCenter. A claim is set up, an adjuster assigned and an immediate confirmation of their Aviva claim number is sent via email and/or SMS to the customer.
