TORONTO, ON, NOVEMBER 3, 2025/insPRESS/ – The Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association successfully hosted its highly anticipated 5th Annual Canadian Claims Summit on October 3, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Toronto. With over 100 industry delegates in attendance, the conference showcased a distinguished roster of industry-leading claims executives who delved into the most pressing trends and developments shaping today’s claims environment. Both Michael Connolly (ClaimsPro) CIAA National President and Kyler Hart-Moore (Laurin Adjusters) CIAA Summit Chair and Master of Ceremonies welcomed delegates to this year’s summit.

Attendees also participated in an interactive keynote address delivered by legendary Canadian sportscaster, Rod Black. with over 40 years of experience covering nearly every major sport, from the NHL and NBA to the Olympics. Known as “The Man for All Seasons,” he has been a prominent voice on CTV and TSN, earning multiple award nominations and the Sports Media Canada Award for Outstanding Broadcaster. Beyond broadcasting, he’s a voice actor, author, former Canada AM co-host, and a passionate supporter of numerous Canadian charities. Honoured with the Queen’s Medallion and Diamond Jubilee Medal, Black continues to embrace each new moment, believing in the power of sport to inspire and unite. Rod’s keynote theme is “I BELIEVE”.

Kyler Hart-Moore, CIAA Summit Chair and Master of Ceremonies and Michael Connolly, CIAA National President extended a sincere ‘thank you’ to the attendees, speakers, and sponsors who made the 5th Annual Canadian Claims Summit a resounding success. They also announced that the CIAA has made donations to WICC (Women In Insurance Cancer Crusade) on behalf of the panelists. In addition to the panel discussions that were presented throughout the day, the Claims Summit also hosted a great networking reception where delegates enjoyed refreshments and the opportunity to further connect and mingle.
