Since joining 30 Forensic Engineering in 2018, Claire has conducted investigations involving compliance with building and fire codes and other construction standards, as well as building failures. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering, with a Structural option. Claire started her career in the building forensics and rehabilitation industry, performing many field investigations, failure analyses, and repair specifications for existing buildings. Claire has been qualified as an expert witness in matters relating to the field of Civil/Structural engineering and Building Codes in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia.
