Caitlin Zaleschuk joins the WINMAR® (Canada) International, Ltd., National Corporate Team

LONDON, ON, OCTOBER 24, 2025/insPRESS/ – WINMAR® (Canada) International, Ltd. is pleased to announce the addition of Caitlin Zaleschuk as our Regional Manager – Business Development Pacific, who joined the WINMAR® National Corporate Team on October 20, 2025.

Based in British Columbia, Caitlin brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance and restoration industry. Throughout her career, she has held progressive leadership roles focused on estimate review, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Known for her strong communication skills and collaborative leadership style, Caitlin has successfully led teams, implemented process improvements, and fostered lasting client and contractor relationships.

Caitlin holds multiple industry certifications, including Insurance Adjuster Level 1, Xactimate Level 1, WRT, FSRT, and OCT. Her broad technical background and dedication to continuous improvement will be valuable in supporting franchisees across the Pacific region, driving business development, and enhancing overall performance.
