Laval, Quebec, March 15, 2012 – CEP Forensic Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce they have formed an alliance with renowned hydrocarbon fuel expert J.A. Roberts & Associates, based in Oshawa, Ontario, expanding the services offered at Canada’s only “One-Stop-Shop” of Forensic Engineering Services.  This alliance is a strategic one with each sharing its resources and expertise.

Mr. Roberts has amassed nearly 40 years of professional experience in the energy production industry, and has served as a government inspector and investigator in the hydrocarbon fuels sector.  Since 1998, Mr. Roberts has been specializing in forensic investigations involving legal claims and liability issues related to the utilization and handling of natural gas, propane and fuel oil including oil spill occurrences.  He also offers his knowledge, perception and insight by serving as an expert witness.
