CRU GROUP Expands Leadership Team with New Canadian Vice President of Claims

TORONTO, ON, AUGUST 18, 2025/insPRESS/ – David Repinski, CEO of CRU GROUP, today announced that Coralee Harder has joined the Company as Vice President of Claims for Canada.

This appointment is a significant step in CRU GROUP’s continued development of its traditional ‘daily’ (non-CAT) claims services. As a member of the Canadian Leadership Team, Harder will be responsible for the staffing, service delivery, production, and development of CRU GROUP’s team of Canadian adjusters focused on servicing daily claims.

“Coralee’s leadership deepens our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service to our clients,” said Repinski. “Her expertise will support the continued growth of our daily claims operations across Canada.”

Harder joins CRU GROUP with over 29 years of experience in claims and operational management, including 23 years with a leading multinational insurance services provider. Her leadership has spanned multiple lines of claims, workforce optimization, and collaborative leadership that supports both service quality and profitable outcomes.

Based in Calgary, Alberta, Harder will report to Canadian Chief Operating Officer, Adam Dickens.
