CRU GROUP Strengthens Leadership with Vice President, Catastrophe & Flood Services

DALLAS, TEXAS, JANUARY 5, 2026/insPRESS/ – David Repinski, CEO of CRU GROUP, today announced the appointment of Danny Sewell as Vice President, Catastrophe & Flood Services.

Sewell will lead a new Flood Services business segment to enhance the Company’s suite of catastrophe services. He will also serve as the Leadership’s head of Catastrophe Services, the offering on which the Company was founded in 2004.

Sewell brings two decades of CAT and flood experience to CRU GROUP, backed by NFIP General Adjuster status, FEMA subject-matter expertise and multiple industry certifications. He was involved in Superstorm Sandy, numerous hurricanes and various events as both an adjuster and manager.

Repinski states, “CRU GROUP is excited to service the U.S. Flood market. We have supported our Canadian clients in this space for years, but with the addition of Danny, we will bring a specialty focus to the NFIP, WYO and Private Flood Markets in the U.S.”
