FIRST ONSITE hires Courtney Shaw as Business Operations Manager

MISSISSAUGA, ON, MARCH 11, 2025/insPRESS/ – FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration is pleased to announce the addition of Courtney Shaw to our team in British Columbia in the role of Business Operations Manager. Shaw’s appointment reflects First Onsite’s dedication to strengthening its operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Courtney, a Chartered Insurance Professional, brings a wealth of experience in both the property restoration and insurance industries, along with a strong background in leadership, business development, and operational efficiency. Most recently, Shaw served as a regional manager in the restoration sector, overseeing multiple branch locations and driving business expansion. She has also held senior claims roles where she managed large loss and complex claims, and gained deep industry insight from both the adjuster and broker perspectives.

In her new role, Courtney will be responsible for leading and supporting the residential project manager team to enhance capabilities by utilizing her hands-on leadership approach. Her ability to optimize processes, build client relationships, and lead high-performing teams are expected to make a significant impact in driving improvements and new levels of success across our operations.
