Please join us on February 24, 2010 for an in depth look into the various hazards of the food & beverage manufacturing industry. We look forward to exploring the risk management practices through the insightful evaluations of Mr. Steven Sanfilippo, a Senior Risk Engineering & registered HACCP Consultant for Zurich North America. Steven has over 30 years of experience in the food processing industry and is certified by the International HACCP Alliance.

The luncheon will be held at the Metropolitan Hotel, 108 Chestnut Street, Toronto and qualifies for one hour of RIBO credit.
