This year’s convention theme, Mosaic: Embracing Diversity, Fostering Unity, is a celebration of the diverse people and perspectives that define our industry in Alberta. Keynote speaker Dr. Jody Carrington is a renowned psychologist known for helping organizations create cultures of connection and inclusivity. Her keynote session will examine the increasing feelings of disconnection, loneliness, and burnout, particularly among marginalized individuals and offer strategies to help combat this. 

New this year is #Brokersday, a day dedicated to broker networking and knowledge with sessions focused on the most pressing challenges and issues facing the broker channel today. This day is a perfect fit for mid-level managers. IBAA members receive discount pricing for this special day.
