Designed to allow contractors, adjusters, and flooring retailers to communicate more efficiently, and to capture more data earlier in the claims process.  The driving force behind this initiative is to allow a more effective way of collecting loss data that will drive overall cycle time efficiencies for contractors and flooring trades involved in the flooring replacement process.
