Retirement of Paul McParlan, Vice President at Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation

TORONTO, ON, JANUARY 12, 2026/insPRESS/ – With sincere appreciation for his leadership and dedication, we announce that Paul McParlan, Vice President at Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation Corp., will retire from his role on January 30, 2026. During his 23-year tenure, Paul has been instrumental in guiding the company’s strategic growth and strengthening its foundation for the future.

Paul is highly respected by his colleagues and peers and has built many lasting relationships and partnerships within the industry. He has gained widespread recognition for his insights and expertise. His contributions to Xpera have been instrumental to its development and to its strong commitment to service excellence. This dedication to customer service has powered the company’s growth and fostered loyalty among longtime clients. 

Reflecting on his journey, Paul describes his time at Xpera not as a job but as a work of passion. 

“I have been honoured and grateful to lead amazing teams alongside so many talented colleagues across the organization,” says Paul. “I take great pride in the accomplishments we have achieved. Together, we have forged a powerful and resilient company, poised for even greater growth.”

Paul is looking forward to his next chapter, spending more time with family and pursuing personal passions.  He also appreciates the company’s support for his decision.

With his trust in the people around him, he’s always able to harness the right team with the right skills.”
