Roper Valuation Welcomes Tamara Morris as New Vice President of Advisory Services

OKOTOKS, AB, MAY 14, 2025/insPRESS/ – Tamara Morris has been appointed Vice President of Advisory Services at Roper Valuation & Insurance Advisors, bringing over 20 years of experience in the insurance and risk industry to the role.

Her extensive background includes leadership positions with national insurers and reinsurers across Canada, making her a valuable addition to the Advisory Services division. Tamara currently holds the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) with a focus in Communications and is currently completing her Fellowship. Her expertise spans business interruption, personal, and commercial insurance, providing a solid foundation for her new responsibilities.

As Vice President, Advisory Services, Tamara will lead the execution and ongoing evolution of Roper valuation’s strategic advisory offerings. She will be instrumental in ensuring consistently high-quality outcomes for brokers, insurers, and policyholders, while driving sustainable, structured growth within the division.

Tamara is responsible for business interruption coverage and limits analysis at all levels, helping brokers and clients navigate complex coverage landscapes and aligning insurance strategies with the operational realities of each business. Additionally, she will spearhead the development and delivery of broker onboarding, training, and education programs.
