In her expanded role, Kavanagh will continue to oversee claims TPA operations across Canada, providing strategic leadership, technical oversight and operational guidance for a large, high-performing team managing complex, high-volume claims. With more than two decades of industry experience, Kavanagh brings a comprehensive skill set across claims management, client relations, and operational leadership. She is widely recognized for her ability to align claims outcomes with client business objectives, drawing on a deep understanding of the unique operational nuances across industries and sectors. “Canada Domestic TPA has experienced significant growth over the years. In this new role, I’m focused on building on that experience while contributing to the continued growth of Sedgwick’s TPA services in Canada,” said Kavanagh. Kavanagh holds the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and is a licensed adjuster in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario. She earned a Certificate in Business Administration and Insurance from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta.
