Commercial Services – Strategic Growth & National Capability

We’re proud to introduce Chris French, National Sales Manager, Commercial Accounts, and Jai Patel, Commercial Operations Manager.

Chris brings deep insurance industry leadership and will focus on strategic relationships and program oversight, including our Commercial Priority Response Program (CPRP) and ServiceMaster Recovery Management (SRM). Jai adds over a decade of operational excellence in the restoration field. Together, they expand our national commercial capabilities and ensure our partners can rely on ServiceMaster Restore for consistent, high-quality commercial response.

Technology – Innovation that Enhances Claims Efficiency

Technology plays a critical role in reducing delays and improving the claims experience. We’re excited to welcome Brent Thornton as our new Director of Technology Innovation and Strategy.

With over 13 years of global leadership experience, Brent will lead initiatives to optimize workflows, drive innovation, and implement technologies that help our partners and clients move from incident to resolution more efficiently than ever before.

Franchise Support & Industry Engagement – Strengthening Local Presence

To support growth at the local level and increase visibility across key industry events, we welcome Eric Simtob and George Parada as Business Development Consultants, and Josh King as Regional Account Manager.

Eric and George bring decades of combined experience in operations, construction, and franchise development. They’ll work directly with franchisees to enhance performance and service delivery. Josh’s event expertise and industry relationships will boost our presence at trade shows, seminars, and regional insurance gatherings—helping us stay close to the people we serve.

These new team members bring a shared focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and innovation. Their work supports our mission to make the restoration and claims process as seamless and reliable as possible—for both policyholders and insurance professionals.
