Pavan has eight years of progressive experience, specializing in marine cargo claims with equal multi-line experience in liability, auto and property.

Pavan has worked on both the insurance company side as well as the independent adjusting areas of the business and brings an enthusiasm and empathy to his craft which is well recognized.

Pavan has his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation through the Insurance Institute of Canada as well as Insurance Surveyor (India).
