Temi Badaru is a seasoned Materials Engineer, with 8 years of expertise in the construction and restoration industry. As the proud new owner of WINMAR® Estevan, Temi brings unwavering dedication to helping individuals and communities recover from unexpected disasters with compassion, precision, and professionalism.

Having been an integral part of the WINMAR® family for 2 years, Temi began his journey as an Estimator and Project Manager, contributing his expertise across the Moose Jaw, Regina, and Estevan locations. His in-depth knowledge of restoration processes, paired with hands on experience, ensures exceptional results and fosters a foundation of trust and reliability with every project.

Driven by a passion for service and a commitment to excellence, Temi excels at building meaningful relationships with clients, insurance partners, and team members. His leadership style is rooted in empathy, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of quality, ensuring every project exceeds expectations.
