The global pandemic has changed us all, but most importantly, how has it changed your commercial clients? And what does that mean for P&C industry professionals protecting these Canadian businesses?

Without question, when it comes to protecting against risks, Canadian companies have different needs and expectations now that pandemic-inspired public health restrictions are being lifted. But things aren’t simply shifting back into the pre-COVID business environment.

Your commercial clients’ expectations have changed, their risks have changed. What do they expect of their insurance providers, post-COVID? Figuring this out will be the first step in the industry providing appropriate protection for the future.

From a mobile device, download the free GoToWebinar app. Once downloaded, either click the “Join Webinar” link in the confirmation email or open the app and enter the session ID. To qualify for CE credits, you must listen to the audio and watch the PowerPoint presentation from start to finish.

Approximately four weeks after watching the live webinar, you will receive an email notification from CE Corner stating that the webinar has been accredited and your certificate is ready.
